Who qualifies for the referral rewards?

Any professional partner (real estate agent, developer, architect, legal advisor, or property consultant) who registers with Luxso and refers villa or resort owners with a valid management opportunity.

Can I refer multiple owners?

Yes! You can refer as many new clients as you like. The more you refer, the higher your reward tier and the greater your benefits.

How does Luxso track my referrals?

Each referral is logged through your dedicated Luxso Partnership Manager and registered securely in our system for tracking and payout.

Does the owner need to sign an exclusive contract with Luxso?

Yes — only exclusive management agreements qualify for the Partnership Rewards Program.

Is there a minimum property size or revenue?

Generally, yes. Luxso focuses on the luxury segment, meaning standalone high-end villas, villa estates with 5+ units, or resorts from 10 to 200 keys. We typically expect a strong design standard and premium rates, which will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

When do I receive my referral payment?

Referral commissions up to $30,000 are paid within 30 days after Luxso receives the first management fee payment from the property owner.

Can a referrer be paid again if the same client brings new properties later?

No. Once an owner is introduced to Luxso and becomes a client, future properties signed by the same owner are not eligible for further referral rewards.

What happens if the property is under development?

We accept referrals for properties under construction, but your referral fee will only be paid after the property is handed over, management services begin, and Luxso receives its first management fee.

Are there any excluded parties from participating?

Yes — Luxso employees and their immediate relatives are excluded from the Partnership Rewards Program.

Do I have to sign an agreement to join?

Yes, all referral partners are required to sign Luxso’s standard Referral Agreement before becoming eligible for rewards.
