CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that travel plans may change. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we encourage you to contact our reservations team as early as possible so we may explore available options with you prior to cancellation.
1. General Conditions
- Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed accommodation charges are fixed and will not be adjusted in the event of subsequent pricing changes on our website or other platforms.
- Any service or administrative fees charged in connection with a booking are non-refundable.
- This Cancellation Policy applies where no alternative or property-specific cancellation terms are stated on the booking page, confirmation email, or reservation voucher.
2. Standard Cancellation Terms
If a Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will apply. All cancellation fees are calculated based on the total booking amount unless expressly stated otherwise.

The applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit and any other monies paid. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the Guest, where applicable.
3. Amendments to Bookings
Requests to amend booking dates or details are subject to availability and confirmation. Approved amendments may result in rate adjustments, additional charges, or revised cancellation terms. Amendments requested within the applicable cancellation period may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
4. No-Show and Early Departure
- No-Show: If a Guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and no prior written notice is provided, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the full accommodation charges will be retained.
- Early Departure: No refunds will be provided for unused nights or services resulting from early departure, late arrival, or changes made after check-in.
5. Force Majeure
Luxso shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, travel restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such circumstances, cancellation requests and any potential refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to operational feasibility and owner approval.
6. Third-Party Bookings
Bookings made through third-party platforms, travel agents, or distribution partners may be subject to separate cancellation terms imposed by those providers. Guests are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable terms presented at the time of booking.

All cancellations are only effective once acknowledged in writing by Luxso.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is applicable and approved, it will be processed within fourteen (14) business days from the date of confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any transaction or processing fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refunded amount.
